Focus
The photographs do not simply record Hong Kong's seascape; rather, they explore the act of observation through the lens. The sea level is a simplified plane. When the eye focuses on the object, it becomes an anchor point within the plane. When the anchor point is fully focused, the sense of time begins to slow to a standstill.
